Sanghoon Yang obtained his BFA and MFA from Hongik university College of Fine Arts and he studied in Japan. From 1990 to 2006, including 18 solo exhibitions in South Korea, Japan and Poland, his work has been shown in numerous curated exhibitions and group exhibitions. He taught at Duksung Women's University and Chosun University.
