| 신영옥 Youngok Shin |
Youngok Shin obtained her BFA and MFA from Hongik University College of Fine Arts. From 1980 to 2011, her solo exhibition was held in numerous galleries, including Shinsegae Museum and Sungkok Art Museum in Seoul, Gallery Korea of the Korean Cultural Service NY in New York, Whangarei Art Museum in Whangarei.
She also participated in numerous curated exhibitions and group exhibitions, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, Philadelphia Museum of Art in Philadelphia. There are her public collections at Philadelphia Museum of Art, Victoria & Albert Museum, Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Sungkok Art Museum, Ilmin Museum of Art.
