조경애 Kyoungae Cho
"Kyoungae Cho received a BFA from Seoul Duksung women's University and an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Cho received awards such as Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant, The Lillian Elliott Award, UWM Foundation and Graduate School Research Award, Wisconsin Arts Board Individual Artist Fellowship.
Cho has been actively exhibiting her works through 15 solo exhibitions and over 190 group exhibitions, including the recent solo exhibition at Lynden Sculpture Garden, Milwaukee, WI, USA. Her work has been reviewed and featured in books, magazines and newspapers such as Surface Design Journal, American Craft, Fiberarts, Monthly CRAT, Fiber Art Today, Masters: Art Quilts, Art Textile of the World: USA, No: Nouvel Objet. She lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA as a Professor, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. "
